ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project aims to strengthen media literacy and enhance e-safety in combating online gender-based violence (OGBV) among disadvantaged young women. It seeks to enable young people to participate safely in digital environments, recognize and respond to online harassment, and increase their involvement in online civic activities. The project plans to raise awareness and provide information through tools such as the e-Safety Toolkit and a Card Game, thereby contributing to the creation of inclusive and safe digital spaces.
OBJECTIVES
To improve the digital and media literacy skills of disadvantaged young women.
To strengthen their capacity to recognize, respond to, and cope with online gender-based violence.
To encourage young people’s active participation in online discussions and civic activities.
To disseminate educational materials such as the e-Safety Toolkit and Card Game.
To contribute to the creation of safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free online environments.
